Before registering, please review the detailed
information on the schedule and field trips pages. Then go to
the link below. As you complete the online form, you will select
field trip, workshop and evening events options and enter your personal
information.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the limited space
in many of the field trips, we can not guarantee mail-in registrants
will have their first choice of field trips and workshops.
Register for Entire Weekend:
The entire weekend includes everything except the boat trip & photography
workshop. These must be purchased separately. See
below for details.
• Members/Students: $100 per person
• Non-Members: $150 per person
Ala Carte Menu:
Friday Evening Only: includes social
with dessert, coffee/punch, live bird, book signing, live music,
and keynote speaker.
• Members/Students:
$15 per person
• Non-Members: $20 per person
Friday Evening with dinner buffet - pasta bar
• Members/Students: $35 per person
• Non-Members: $40 per person
Saturday Evening Only: includes
social with hors d' oeuvres, book signing, auction, and featured speaker

Field Trips & Workshops
