7:15 pm Keynote Address: Forty Years of Counting and Banding at Hawk Ridge” – Dr. Gerald J. Niemi, Professor of Biology and Senior Research Associate at University of MN Duluth

8:00 pm Guess the Number of Hawks Contest (win a prize!) & Announcements

Morning Field Trips: Free for full weekend registrants. Please pre-register. Field trip information can be found here. Detailed schedules, maps, and checklists will be available each evening.

8 am - 4 pm At Hawk Ridge Nature Reserve: Hawkwatching, Interpretive Programs, Banded Raptor and Passerine Demonstrations, Optics Displays, Merchandise, and Refreshments . FREE.
