Summit Ledges Hike

Join us for a guided naturalist hike with fascinating geologic features and unique forest types up to Summit Ledges at Hawk Ridge Nature Reserve. Summit Ledges is well known by expert hawkwatchers, as a beautiful lookout where the whole valley opens up and birds are often visible flying right over your head. Find out why the North Shore of Lake Superior is such a great route for hawk migration and what geology has to do with it.
